APCL Welcomes UK Secretary of State for Defence.

APCL Cammell Laird welcomed the UK Secretary of State for Defence, The Rt Hon John Healey MP to its facility on Sunday 28 September which marked the beginning of the Labour Party Conference.

The Secretary of State enjoyed a tour of APCL Cammell Laird's construction hall, where he witnessed the builds of the new Mersey Ferry, units of the Royal Navy's Type 26 frigates, and the beginning stages of two new Western Ferries.
